Utilizing the breath as our foundation and guide, with props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters, this restful practice will aid in releasing those long hours at the desk, on the road, or just everyday life. Rest And restore into supported postures as soundscapes created by the gong and singing bowls wash away your stress.
